Booking.com Car Rental Refund Delay
On September 21, I rented a car through Booking with reservation number 781271768. I canceled the booking on October 8 and received a confirmation email for the upcoming refund. Today is October 19, and the refund has not been processed. When I contacted Booking via email, they informed me that the car department is separate but provided no links or further information. Every attempt to seek help on the website led to the same results.
Email communication yielded no solution, and it seems they do not genuinely care. Frustratingly, we couldn't reach customer service. I want my money back and urgently need information about it. When I write an email, I want clear instructions on how to resolve my issue, rather than being led in circles. Direct contact with customer service and the ability to speak with someone would be immensely helpful. I have decided never to rent a car through Booking again due to the problematic customer service.
