On January 20th, I made a car rental booking through Booking.com, and the next day, I canceled it. Not only was it guaranteed for a refund, but I also added an extra guarantee for ₺2000. Despite canceling the next day, it's been a month, and I still haven't received the refund. When I check the site, I can't see any transportation options. After struggling, I managed to send a notification, but they redirected me to an invalid page saying they had no record of my inquiry. I urgently need my refund processed, or else I'll initiate legal proceedings. Reservation number: 763538090
