Booking.com Airport Taxi Issue: Charged but Reservation Failed

I made a reservation for an airport taxi through Booking.com. While making the payment, my credit card got charged, but unfortunately, the reservation couldn't be finalized and an error message popped up. Getting in touch with Booking.com can be quite challenging. They are unresponsive to emails. Without a reservation, it's not possible to reach out to them using the app. I kindly request a prompt response regarding this matter.
