Bad Room Service By Booking.com

I made a reservation through Booking.com for Super 8 by Wyndham in Virginia Beach under the name Hatim Ta**, for a stay between May 15 and May 17. During my stay, there was a water leakage issue in the room, and when we requested a room change, the front desk staff were rude instead of helping us resolve the problem. Because of this situation and the lack of support from the front desk, we had no choice but to leave the property and switch to a different hotel. After leaving, I contacted the relevant parties and was told that I would receive a call back, but so far no one has returned my call and the issue remains unresolved. I am requesting a full refund for this booking, as the room conditions and the treatment at the hotel made it impossible for us to complete our stay.
