I booked a stay via Booking.com at the Super 8 by Wyndham hotel in Christiansburg for May 13–May 16. When I arrived, I was very disappointed with the condition of the room and the overall locality of the hotel. The room was dirty and did not feel hygienic or comfortable to stay in, and the surrounding area felt very bad and unsuitable for the standard I expected based on the information and presentation on Booking.com. I paid approximately 1,100 USD for this stay. I reported my concerns and was told that they would get back to me, but so far I have not received any satisfactory response or solution. Considering the dirty room conditions and the very poor locality that did not match my expectations, I request a full refund of the amount I paid for this reservation. I kindly ask you to review my complaint and process my refund as soon as possible.
