Chronic Cooling System Issues with 2016 BMW 418i Gran Coupe

My 2016 model 1.5 motor 418i gran coupe has had cooling system issues that have required many upgrades over the years. In 2020, I had to replace the turbo and numerous associated parts due to a cooling water failure, and BMW only covered 65% of the cost. Now, four years later, I'm suffering the same problem, with the turbo and related components requiring replacement once more. BMW argues that this goodwill policy only applies to 5-year-old models, leaving me with a car with ongoing difficulties and no manufacturer help. Despite elevating my complaints to Borusan Oto and reaching out to their manager, there has been no resolution. The idea of reassessing the problem, with prospective expenses of ₺600,000, is perplexing. My license plate number is 34 K****4, and this complaint follows a prior one in which I described the continuous failures of various parts in my vehicle.
