OmeTV Account Suspended for Sharing an Email Address

I have been using Ome TV on my Android device and my account was banned two days ago for 365 hours. The ban reason shown is “spam”, but I was only sharing my email address and was not sending any mass messages, advertisements or harmful content. This situation prevents me from using the platform even though I believe I did not violate the rules intentionally. I would like my ban to be reviewed in detail and lifted if possible, or at least the duration to be reduced if you still consider it a violation. I kindly request that my account be checked again and that I be informed clearly about the exact reason for this spam decision.
