My 2020 BMW X1, with 63,000 km, has experienced a transmission failure. Initially, the transmission was replaced under warranty, but now it has completely failed again. I am being asked to pay ₺298,000 for this repair, with a 50% goodwill warranty.
How can a 1-3 year old car have repeated transmission issues?
Why hasn't Borusan conducted the necessary inspection for this imported vehicle?
Why am I being charged ₺298,000 for what seems to be a chronic issue?
