I bought a Pilates course for my wall on the BetterMe app, but I noticed that my account was charged again without my consent. On August 18, 2024, a total of ₺420 was debited from my account. I did not give permission for this transaction.
I've already removed the app from my phone and uninstalled it. I would like to request a refund for the amount that was charged to my account, and also ask for the cancellation of any membership linked to my account.
