I downloaded the BetterMe app and purchased a 28-day exercise program on 04/08/2024 but never actually used the app and eventually deleted it. However, when I recently checked my bank statements, I was shocked to find that payments have been taken from my account for months via Iyzico—₺350 on April 8, 2025, ₺350 on May 16, 2025, and ₺350 on June 3, 2025, totaling ₺1050 without my consent.
I cannot find any phone number or contact to cancel this subscription, and the app doesn’t even appear in my phone’s subscriptions. I urgently demand that all memberships be canceled immediately and all unauthorized charges refunded. This is unacceptable and needs prompt resolution.
