I am writing regarding a problem I have experienced with my deposits on Parimatch. On 21/01/2026, 01/02/2026, 10/02/2026, and 11/02/2026, I made several deposits via UPI, and although the amounts were deducted from my UPI account, the total of 3420 has not been credited to my Parimatch gaming account. I tried to resolve this through the customer support section on your website, but the system only connects me to a bot and does not allow me to speak with a real person, so I have not received any proper assistance or explanation about where my money has gone. I kindly request that the total amount of 3420, which has been deducted from my UPI payments on these dates, be immediately credited to my Parimatch gaming account, and that I be informed clearly about the status of these deposits.

No after many mails now they're saying me to contact my bank for refunds But once the payment is successful how will the bank know about refunds
