I have a 1win account in Malawi and play in MK currency. While I was playing the Burning Coins 20 game, I won a very large amount, approximately 3,441,800 MK. However, to my surprise, these winnings did not automatically reflect in my account balance, even though I was playing normally and did not experience any errors during the game. This is actually the second time this has happened; the first time, I assumed the balance might reflect later, but it never did. The most recent incident occurred on 11/02/25. After noticing that my big win was not added to my balance, I contacted 1win customer support. They simply told me to wait about 7 days or more, without giving a clear explanation of why my winnings were missing or what exactly was being checked. I deposited my own money to place these bets, I played fairly, and I have screenshots that clearly show the win and the amount, so I expect the system and the data they have to confirm this. I am extremely disappointed, because this was a legitimate winning bet and I trusted the 1win system. I request that my full winnings of 3,441,800 MK from Burning Coins 20 be credited to my account without any further delay and that I be properly compensated for the stress and inconvenience caused by this situation. I also expect a clear explanation of why my winnings did not reflect automatically, so that this does not happen again.
