I discovered that BetterMe has been charging my credit card every month without my consent. I only purchased a one-month package and never activated or agreed to any recurring subscription. I installed the app on my Android phone but never actively used it — not even the single month I initially paid for. Despite this, since October 2024, monthly charges have been taken from my account: ₺98 per month for the first several months, and this month ₺103.75 and ₺103.58, totaling ₺1,197.33 so far.
I have been unable to find any customer service phone number or support channel to request a cancellation and refund. Even after uninstalling the app, the charges continued. My registered email is [email protected]. I am demanding a full refund of all unauthorized charges and the immediate cancellation of any active subscription. I also require written confirmation that no further deductions will be made. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will take legal action to recover my funds.
