I signed up for a one-month membership on July 13, 2024, specifically for their 28-day chair Pilates program. What I didn't sign up for was their deceptive practice of continuously charging my account without my knowledge or consent, all the way through June 2025!
Because the individual charges were relatively small, I didn't even notice this until now, but the total accumulated to a shocking ₺350. This is a complete scam! I had no idea these charges were occurring, and I certainly didn't authorize any renewals beyond my initial one-month plan.
BetterMe, you need to return my money immediately! These unauthorized charges are unacceptable, and I demand a full refund for every penny you've taken without my permission. Stop these hidden renewals and start being transparent with your customers. Process my refund now!
