eFootball Account Transfer Not Working – Required Field Error

I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with the eFootball mobile game on my Android phone regarding the data transfer process. When I try to transfer my data, the game shows an error message saying that the same field has been left out or that some required field is missing, and the transfer does not go through. I have tried to complete the transfer today several times, but I keep getting the same error, so I cannot move my data as needed. I have not yet been able to find a solution within the app, and I have not contacted support before this complaint. I kindly request that Konami review my account and help me successfully complete the data transfer process without errors so that I can continue using my eFootball mobile account normally.
