BetterHelp: Billing Issues After Cancellation

Use BetterHelp carefully and most certainly review your invoicing closely after cancellation. Thought everything was under control when I stopped my subscription months ago, but six complete months later I discovered I was still getting charged! When I contacted BetterHelp support team about it, they seemed unconcerned and would not have returned the entire money. They gave me a partial refund, which felt like a slap in the face really. It's somewhat disheartening as I thought they were a reputable provider. These days, it simply seems like a clever means of theft. Not cool at all. If you used them, keep an eye on your account.
