I Face Unauthorized Charge After Cancelling Resumaker.ai Membership, No Support Available
I’m very frustrated with Resumaker.ai. Shortly after signing up, I canceled my membership through the platform—expecting that would be the end of it. However, despite canceling right away, I later noticed that money was withdrawn from my account without any notification or consent. I received no confirmation email, no renewal notice, and I have no way of accessing clear information about my subscription status.
What’s even worse is that I’ve tried multiple times to reach their customer service, but there’s no response at all. No chat, no email acknowledgment—nothing. This feels like a deceptive business model that takes advantage of users by charging them after cancellation and then making it impossible to resolve the issue.
I demand a full refund of the unauthorized charge and immediate clarification on the status of my canceled subscription. Resumaker.ai needs to fix this and ensure users aren’t billed after termination.
