Brainety Charged Me a Year Later for a Product I Never Used
Exercise caution with any offerings from Brainety. I gave one of their products a shot, expecting it to be a quick, one-off experience, but I didn’t even end up using it at all. Suddenly, nearly a year later, I noticed a charge exceeding $50 on my account. I never intended to sign up for anything long-term, and I certainly didn’t consent to a subscription. I contacted PayPal to dispute the charge, but they sided with Brainety and rejected my claim, which was really frustrating. I attempted to reach out to the company directly, but they kept me on hold indefinitely and never provided a response. It seems they go out of their way to complicate the process of getting assistance or a refund. This entire situation seems suspicious, and I truly regret placing my trust in them.
