BrainManager Charged Me After Canceling - Ignored My Refund

I signed up for BrainManager since I thought I'd try the free trial. I looked into it and determined it wasn't for me, so I made sure to cancel the subscription. I even decreased several times to be sure I wouldn't be charged anything. That said, I was astonished to see a charge of almost $60 pop up on my account later. I investigated everything again and couldn't see any reason why they would still be sending me bills. It seems like they didn't care that I canceled. It definitely makes you lose faith when you go through the process of unsubscribing and they still take your money. I asked for my money back and hope they take it seriously because this whole thing has been a letdown.
