Free Fire Account Restricted After Being Hacked and Used for Cheating

My Garena Free Fire account with ID 10969968411 was unfairly restricted about two days ago. I understand that the penalty was applied because cheats were used on my account after it was hacked, but I want to clearly state that I did not enable or use any cheats, and I did not play the game in that manner.
At the moment, I can log into the game using my Google account, but I am unable to play Ranked Mode and Craftland Mode. When I enter the game, warning and penalty messages appear on the screen related to these modes, meaning my account has not been fully restored. Because of these restrictions, I cannot use my account normally.
I had previously made a purchase on this account, buying 1,600 diamonds for approximately $1, and this purchase has also become part of my overall inconvenience. I request that my full account access be restored and that all unfairly applied restrictions be completely removed.

I can still log into the game, but my access to important game modes such as Ranked mode, Production Land, and joining teams is completely blocked. My account was stolen some time ago and during that period someone may have used my account to cheat without my knowledge. I have never used any cheat, third‑party program, rule violation, or similar action on my own behalf in the game. Nevertheless, I believe I have been unfairly accused by the system. I have been investing time in this account for a long time and have repeatedly spent real money to purchase diamonds, skins, and various items, which makes my grievance even larger. When I previously contacted the support team, I was told the issue had been resolved, but the restrictions on my account are still in place. I request a thorough review of my account, the detection of any suspicious activities that occurred while it was stolen, and the removal of the ban/restriction that I consider unjust, restoring full access to my account. I do not want to lose this account I have worked on for so long; I kindly ask for your help in addressing my grievance.
