BetterHelp Charged Me Twice for Missed Sessions - Ignored My Refund Request

Beyond annoying, BetterHelp has charged me twice for weeks when I skipped therapy sessions. I was merely requesting a refund for one of those weeks; nothing else. I contacted both via email and phone, and all I received in response—what felt like automated answers stating I would get a credit? That hardly helped at all, particularly considering the unanticipated charges caused my bank account to go overdrawn. I clarified the circumstances and even mentioned I would have to call off if they couldn sort it out. Their response following that is their only one a link allowing me to stop paying dues. It's a bummer as, although I was dedicated to weekly sessions and genuinely enjoyed my therapist, their platform and support are plain horrible.
