WalkFit Charged Me After Failing to Sync Properly With My Fitbit

I completed the questionnaire and tried using WalkFit, but unfortunately, the app didn't sync correctly with my Fitbit. It consistently struggled to track my steps correctly, rendering the entire device ineffective. I ended up deleting the app and completely forgot about it—until I saw an unexpected charge on my credit card. I couldn't believe it! I was completely unaware that I had signed up for something that would incur charges, especially not such a hefty sum. To make matters worse, I have no idea how to prevent them from billing me again in a year. It's frustrating that there's no straightforward method to cancel or manage the subscription. Exercise caution if you're considering WalkFit—it's not as it appears.
