Beko Refrigerator Never Reaches Set Temperature - They Refuse to Replace It

We bought our refrigerator in December. We thought it was working fine, but as the weather got warmer, we started putting ice cream in the freezer. We noticed that the ice cream wasn’t freezing solid—it wasn’t melting either, just staying at a soft, edible consistency. We observed this over a period of three months, and when we saw that it was consistently like this, we called the service. The technician placed a test device inside. In a freezer set to -20°C, the test device was only showing a range between -15°C and -16°C. They replaced a part and tested it again, but the temperature still didn’t change—there’s a consistent 5-degree difference. According to the service team, this is “normal.” We are requesting a replacement of the refrigerator. The reason we didn’t notice this earlier is because the weather was cold, and the freezer wasn’t melting things much, so we couldn’t tell. If we hadn’t placed ice cream in the freezer, we wouldn’t have realized that it wasn’t reaching the set temperature. For example, when I set the freezer to -20°C, it runs at -15°C. When I set it to -18°C, it runs at -13°C. The service team has been coming and going repeatedly for the past 15–20 days, changing parts each time. We asked for the refrigerator to be replaced, but we haven’t received any response yet. I can no longer recommend Beko or Arçelik products to anyone.
