I bought a 720-liter refrigerator from Arçelik for ₺4,500 four years ago, but it just stopped working. However, the problem persisted, and my items were once again ruined. They promised a replacement fridge but failed to deliver. They are now seeking ₺7,500 for repairs, citing a motor issue. However, their website claims a 10-year compressor warranty. Comparable refrigerators now cost ₺60,000. What was once a piece of valued equipment has become unusable in just four years, and I am unable to afford the repairs. Respect to Arçelik and Beko, who claim world leadership. Though I was previously dedicated to Arçelik, I plan to switch to more durable, other brands in the future.
