Beko Refrigerator Gas Leak

I bought a Beko refrigerator in 2018. However, on 18/08/2023, the upper part suddenly stopped cooling. The technician who arrived on 21/08/2023 informed us that there was nothing they could do and suggested purchasing a new one. This was surprising since the refrigerator is under a 10-year body warranty, which should cover a replacement. As per Consumer Rights regulations, the problem isn't due to any fault of ours. It's a clear manufacturing defect, making the company responsible. The gas circulation pipes connected to the compressor were appropriately sealed and protected. Over the past seven days, I've arranged for service five times through the call center for a paid replacement, but the technicians have not shown up (except for the one instance where a gas leakage was detected). Despite numerous emails and phone calls, finding a solution has proven impossible. Being a retired architect at 65, I've never encountered such levels of incompetence before. We're left stranded during these sweltering days. If the supposedly global brand Beko fails to provide a solution, I'm contemplating sharing my grievances with World Public Opinion and CIMER (Presidential Communication Center). Urgently seeking a resolution... Gülgün.
