When I created a service report, the service informed me that it gave a low-temperature warning, but the refrigerator was overcooling, and, on the contrary, all fruits and vegetables were frozen. The sensor was replaced with order number 30883, but my complaint continues. I have been a victim for 15 days. The technician left a measuring tool and said that the measurement was 10 degrees, but the tangerine I gave him was hard as a stone. He sensed something was wrong and put the device back in place. My refrigerator is overcooling, and my victim constantly has to wait 2-3 days later. The interesting part is that even though all the vegetables and fruits are frozen, they say that if this device measures normal, there is no problem, and we will close the record. I am a victim and I request that the refrigerator be replaced under warranty. 4 different technicians came for 15 days, and I think they could not solve the problem of the refrigerator because they could not understand it. They emptied the entire cupboard for the sensor replacement, all my food became garbage. I had to put my meat in other people's cupboards.
