Beko Refrigerator Cooling Malfunction Cannot Be Resolved
Our refrigerator with serial number 7293920284 670531, which we bought from Beko 1 year ago, was giving an exclamation red light warning. When I created a service report, the service informed me that it gave a low-temperature warning, but the refrigerator was overcooling, and, on the contrary, all fruits and vegetables were frozen. The sensor was replaced with order number 30883, but my complaint continues. I have been a victim for 15 days. The technician left a measuring tool and said that the measurement was 10 degrees, but the tangerine I gave him was hard as a stone. He sensed something was wrong and put the device back in place. My refrigerator is overcooling, and my victim constantly has to wait 2-3 days later. The interesting part is that even though all the vegetables and fruits are frozen, they say that if this device measures normal, there is no problem, and we will close the record. I am a victim and I request that the refrigerator be replaced under warranty. 4 different technicians came for 15 days, and I think they could not solve the problem of the refrigerator because they could not understand it. They emptied the entire cupboard for the sensor replacement, all my food became garbage. I had to put my meat in other people's cupboards. I can't get it again as the device may need to be turned off. I am experiencing serious suffering. I want to be contacted urgently. Beko is a truly disgraceful company and I definitely do not recommend it.

Despite a long time passing, I couldn't find a single contact person from Beko. After intense pressure with the service, I resolved the issue by replacing the part. During this process, I incurred a loss of 5-6 thousand TL, and all my meats and foods spoiled. Beko, who never called during this period, called today after I resolved the issue on my own. While expressing my dissatisfaction and saying that I would never use Beko again in my life and that I had a loss of 5-6 thousand TL, the phone first went silent and then was hung up on me. Beko is a regret; I was truly victimized.
