My Asus AC750 Modem Failed Before Warranty Expired

My Asus AC750 modem failed before its warranty expired. Since I purchased it from Vatan Bilgisayar, the product has been submitted for servicing. Instead of fixing or replacing the modem, I was told I'd get a refund. I paid ₺629 for the modem, but it now sells for almost ₺2500 on the market. I am demanding reimbursement for my financial loss by replacing the modem with the same or similar model. If my request is not honored, I will consider pursuing legal action. My kid also intends to raise awareness of this topic among his social media followers. My faith in the Asus brand has been significantly eroded, and I will not consider their goods in the future. I am quite dissatisfied with the durability of their items.
