My Asus AC750 modem failed before its warranty expired. Since I purchased it from Vatan Bilgisayar, the product has been submitted for servicing. Instead of fixing or replacing the modem, I was told I'd get a refund. I paid ₺629 for the modem, but it now sells for almost ₺2500 on the market. I am demanding reimbursement for my financial loss by replacing the modem with the same or similar model. If my request is not honored, I will consider pursuing legal action.
