MSI Katana 17 Has Design Flaws — Service Blamed Me and Refused Warranty Repair

I purchased my MSI Katana 17 laptop about 5–6 months ago from a Vatan store in Istanbul. Shortly after the purchase, physical defects appeared on both the top display section and the keyboard area, which I believe are caused by manufacturing or design flaws, not by user damage. I brought the device to the authorized service center under warranty.
However, the service team labeled the issue as user damage without conducting any proper inspection or evaluation, and they demanded a repair fee exceeding ₺11,000. Despite the device still being under warranty and me having the original invoice, my complaint has not been resolved.
I’ve also noticed that other users have reported similar issues with this model. For that reason, instead of a repair, I am requesting a full product replacement. I expect my issue to be resolved promptly and my consumer rights to be respected.
