I bought a pair of Asics shoes and wore them only 10 to 12 times before the side stitching started to come apart. On February 20, 2025, I returned the shoes to the Ankara Kentpark AVM store with record number INT13217 for inspection. Just a week later, on February 27, I was told the request was rejected due to "improper use."
I called customer service to express my frustration, and they reassured me that they would reopen the inspection—this time emphasizing “customer satisfaction”. I sent the shoes back, and on April 1, I received a message saying the inspection process had begun. But by April 2, I got the same rejection again—this time after less than 24 hours.
When I questioned how such a fast decision was made, store staff admitted that the inspection was done through photographs, not through a proper hands-on evaluation. I asked customer service directly, “Do you really make these decisions just by looking at pictures?” and the answer I received was a casual “Yes.”
That was the final straw for me. I canceled my most recent order and will no longer be shopping from Asics. Their after-sales service is nonexistent, and there is zero accountability once the sale is complete.
