Booking.com Ignoring Belgrade Hotel Reservation Cancellation Request
We made a reservation through Booking.com under my spouse’s name at Belgrad City Hotel for December 15–18, 2025. We paid a total of $289 for the reservation.
We want to cancel this reservation for certain reasons, but for about two days, we have not been able to reach either the hotel or Booking.com.
Our reservation number is 6918410256. Despite repeatedly trying to contact both Booking.com and the hotel, we have not received any response, and therefore we cannot complete the cancellation process.
We would like to ask that our reservation be fully canceled and that the $289 we paid be refunded to us. We ask that the cancellation and refund process be completed as soon as possible.
