I Face Stitching and Lacing Defects with Asics Running Shoes After 10 Months
I purchased a pair of Asics running shoes from the In Street store in Sefaköy Armoni Park. After about 10 months, the shoes started showing serious defects. The right front upper section began to split and come apart, and one of the laces snapped. What frustrates me most is that I did not even wear the shoes regularly. There were months when I never used them at all, and in the months I did, I wore them at most 9 times. Despite such light use, the shoes deformed far too quickly, which left me very disappointed.
When I submitted the shoes to the store for inspection under warranty, I only received a brief message saying that the issue was not caused by a production defect, and that no warranty service would be provided. No further explanation, repair option, or replacement was offered. To this day, my shoes are still waiting at the store, unresolved and unusable.
I find it unacceptable that a global brand like Asics refuses to stand behind its products when clear durability issues arise within such a short period. I demand either a full replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase amount. I expect Asics to review this case properly and resolve my complaint without further delay.
