On April 4, 2025, I purchased a pair of Asics sneakers from the Boyner store inside Ankara Ankamall. Shockingly, within less than a month, the left side of the shoe developed a tear and visible damage, exactly as shown in the attached photos. I used the shoes under normal daily conditions—no harsh activity, no misuse.
I submitted the shoes for inspection, expecting a brand like Asics to stand behind its products. But after 3 weeks, I received a vague and dismissive rejection with no detailed explanation whatsoever. It honestly felt like an insult more than a response.
This is not what I expect from a premium brand. If a shoe tears in just a few weeks, it is clearly a manufacturing flaw, not customer misuse. Yet, Asics refuses to take responsibility and Boyner fails to offer any real support.
I’m extremely disappointed and have already begun the process of filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board. A brand that refuses to back its product and ignores valid claims is not one I will ever purchase from again.
Asics, this is your chance to make it right. Either offer a replacement, repair, or refund immediately. Ignoring the problem only ensures you'll lose more loyal customers like me.
