Asics Shoes Deformed After First Use, Warranty Claim Rejected
In November, I purchased an Asics shoe from Inter Sports at Vadi Istanbul, but I was disappointed to see the toe area collapse after just one use. I returned the shoes to the store for inspection, but after evaluation, I was informed that neither a replacement nor a refund would be provided.
This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Asics shoes. A previous pair had the same problem, with deformation occurring almost immediately. I cannot understand how a shoe marketed for quality can fail so quickly, and even after inspection, Asics refuses to take responsibility.
It’s unacceptable for a brand of this stature to dismiss customer concerns so easily. I will no longer purchase Asics products, and I strongly urge the company to address its quality control and take better care of its customers.
