Arçelik Air Conditioner Service Appointment Delay

I've booked a maintenance appointment for my air conditioner with Turgutlu Arçelik service on 06.06.2024, from 09:00 to 11:00. Nevertheless, I received a call from them at 09:30 on the same day, stating that they had inexperienced staff and needed to reschedule for 07.06.2024. The following day, at 09:40, they once again rescheduled it to 10.06.2024, using the same excuse. This frequent rescheduling is completely unacceptable and feels like a complete mockery. Arçelik's service is severely limiting our freedom and causing us significant distress. It's quite a letdown, and I strongly discourage buying or using products from Arçelik.
