Arcelik Air Conditioner Leaking Gas and Terrible Service Despite Brand New Product

My ARCELIK branded air conditioner leaked gas and did not work because of an error made during the installation, even though it had never been turned on. I called the technical service for the first air conditioner opening and warranty start. They came and connected the cables, then when the air conditioner light came on, they ran away from the house in 10 seconds without checking if it was cold or hot. And they came without a screwdriver or ladder in their hands, I gave them to them. Then I created a record that the air conditioner was not cooling and despite me asking 10-15 times why you are not coming, they did not call me for 45 days and did not come. Whenever I complained, they called me twice to get gas. And the customer representative always stalled me by saying that I was notifying the service and they admitted much later that they never informed the branch. After the complaint, the authorized service officer came to the house for show and said that there was a gas leak but we were not looking into it and left. Then someone else came and although I told them that there was a gas leak in the pipes and they should send the teams, for some reason the new team did not have any pipes with them to weld the leak. And he said the air conditioner iron needs to be removed by the site attendant. Ok I'm calling right away, they will come and remove it, even though I said you do it, they knew it would be removed in 10 minutes, they ran away from the house in a hurry while I was on the phone with the site attendant. The service left the air conditioner in the middle and ran away from the house in a hurry. I ran after them but they ran away so fast I couldn't catch them. And the iron was removed, I called the service again. They say they will create an appointment from scratch!! I will have to wait another 45 days!! I have a great regret about ARCELIK. They come just to close the service request. They never do work, fix or repair it. They come when they don't even have the materials, say it's leaking gas and leave. And they do this to a brand new product, a product with a warranty!! You can be disgraced with your money. Stay away from this company, I got burned, don't let yours get burned. They seem to do their job completely by lying, they never solve any problems.
