I Bought a Brand New Arçelik Air Conditioner but It Won’t Cool

I bought a brand-new air conditioner from Arçelik, but unfortunately, it doesn't cool at all. I contacted the service team multiple times and practically begged for a week before they finally came. However, they only checked the unit for two minutes and left without doing anything. The technicians said the motor was installed in the wrong place, and when I asked them to fix it, they just left without making any adjustments. We deeply regret choosing the Arçelik brand. Our neighbors use different brands and have had no issues. It's very disappointing that such a well-known company provides such careless and inadequate service. I demand an immediate resolution to this issue.
