I bought the Arçelik Electric Vacuum Cleaner on March 18, 2024. Today is the 23rd, and in just five days, we've made the decision to give it a shot and evaluate its functionality and our level of satisfaction. However, after giving it a try, we were disappointed with the results. Upon opening it, we were met with a dust bag that unfortunately cannot be replaced, much to our disappointment. As evident, there is no zipper or any mechanism for alteration.
We reached out to the store to convey our discontent and ask for a replacement. We were provided with a contact number, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to support their product. Instead, they proposed manually removing the dust, which is not acceptable. We are extremely disappointed with the level of assistance they have provided. Initially enthusiastic about the sale, they have now distanced themselves from it.
Is this the level of service that consumers should anticipate? It appears that careful consideration is necessary before making any purchases. If they persist in denying a replacement, it might be necessary to reach out to consumer protection agencies for assistance. It's been five days, and they still refuse to change their stance. Where are we supposed to go? I would appreciate a prompt resolution to my complaint. All I am seeking is to exchange this device. It has only been used once. Why am I forced to deal with a defective product? Do we not have the right to exchange within 15 days or a month? I expect a prompt resolution regarding this issue.
