Arçelik Vertical Vacuum Refund Request Denied

Just a week after purchasing a vertical vacuum from Arçelik, I initiated a return request. Contacting customer service, I was directed to their service team, who took the vacuum without leaving any documentation. There's no issue with the vacuum, especially since I'm requesting a return within the 14-day window. Despite my insistence, the service team is adamant that the vacuum is under repair, claiming, 'It's being fixed, and if there's a problem, you'll be informed.' Even after clarifying that I didn't submit it for repair but for a return, they insist on their narrative. To make matters worse, the Arçelik service representative who took my machine insulted me on October 18, 2023, at 10:20 AM.
