I purchased an Arçelik dryer from an Arçelik store on December 24, 2024, and since the very first use, it has been emitting a strong plastic smell. I expected this to disappear after a few cycles, but the odor persisted, making it impossible to use the machine.
I contacted Arçelik service, and they confirmed the issue during their inspection. However, despite three separate service visits, my request for a replacement has been ignored. This has completely shaken my trust in Arçelik, and I want others to be aware of this problem.
