Arçelik Imperium GO SD 9041K Cordless Vacuum Permanently Fails

I purchased the Arçelik Imperium GO SD 9041K Cordless Vacuum on December 31, 2022. It has been to the service center three times due to suction issues. The service center shockingly suggested washing the filter after every use and even recommended filter replacement for ₺84 if necessary. Unbelievably, the vacuum still dispenses dust, is damaged from the service center, and continues to operate loudly. When I contacted Arçelik customer service, they insisted on sending it for the fourth time, ignoring the fact that I work until 5:30 PM and they wanted to schedule a 2:40 PM appointment. My hard-earned money has gone to waste, and the product is a complete disappointment.
