Bad Experience On My Amazon Order
I placed an order for a Razer Gigantus V2 Medium mouse pad on Amazon.com.tr using my Prime membership on Monday, 23 March. While the estimated delivery date for my order initially appeared as 26 March, this date was first postponed to 30 March and then to 1 April. Although I received an email during the night between 31 March and 1 April stating that the product had been shipped, my order was still not delivered on 1 April, and without any information or notification, my order was cancelled. Throughout this process, I contacted the support team multiple times. At first, I was told there was a stock issue, and later I was informed that the cargo company had returned the product. At this point, I cannot find this product anywhere else, and after being kept waiting for weeks, I am left with neither the product nor a proper solution. For this order, which was supposed to be delivered to my address in Esenyurt, Istanbul and which never reached me, no membership cancellation or refund was provided, with the justification that I was using Prime membership. As for the price of the product, I was told that it would be refunded in “approximately” 10 days. My money has been held for weeks, the product never reached me, and my grievance has not been taken into consideration. During this entire process, the attitude of customer service was also extremely hurtful and unprofessional, with responses given almost in a scolding manner. I want this grievance and dissatisfaction I have experienced to be known, and I want other customers to see this recent approach of Amazon.com.tr. My order number is 407-2956713-4684312, and I expect this entire process to be thoroughly investigated, my refund to be made without further delay, and my grievance regarding my Prime membership to be resolved.
