Protherm T191/L Water Heater Won't Produce Hot Water After Two Months

Ever since we purchased the Protherm T191/L sealed-chamber gas water heater, the unit hasn't been producing hot water. Although it never worked properly from the very first day we used it, for the past two months we specifically haven't been able to get hot water, and it's seriously disrupting our daily life.

We've contacted authorized service and customer support multiple times, but no solution has been offered and no concrete action has been taken. Even though the product is still covered under warranty, our issue remains unresolved.

I'm requesting that Protherm repair this water heater free of charge under warranty, or replace it since it's a defective product. I want this problem resolved as soon as possible.
