Estée Lauder Ships Completely Empty Turbo Lash Mascara Tube

A few days ago, I ordered the Turbo Lash mascara from Estée Lauder's official online store. I specifically chose this product for a special occasion—my engagement. However, when I opened the package, I saw that the mascara tube was completely empty; the wand was spotless, as if an empty container had been sent. This situation is clearly visible in the attached photo.

This has created a serious issue for me, both in terms of product quality and timing. Because an empty product was sent, waiting through the return process to order a new one means it will definitely not arrive in time for my engagement.
