My Amazon Prime Order Arrived Incomplete

On March 17th, I used my Prime membership to purchase a t-shirt for a friend from Amazon.com.tr. However, not only did the shirt not arrive within the specified timeline, but when it did, the package holding the personalized letter I provided had been opened, and only the note was delivered, not the goods. Despite contacting Amazon, no remedy has been supplied in the last week, nor has any support been offered. They messed up with my money. When I called them again on March 27th, they requested that I repurchase the item (at the price difference), despite the fact that they had it in stock and refused to ship it. I urgently need a resolution.
