Dior Lip Glow Oil Leaks From Cap and Damages Customer’s Bag
I purchased your Dior Addict Lip Glow Oil Pink 001 from your İstinye store less than a month ago. While carrying the product in my bag, I noticed that it was leaking from the cap, causing the product to spill onto my bag and the other items inside it. I was genuinely upset not only because my bag was stained, but also because nearly half of the product had leaked out.
About 15 days ago, when I first noticed the issue, I went to your Sephora store and reported the problem to the staff. The employees simply told me that this type of issue can sometimes occur with this product. As someone who has trusted and enjoyed using Dior products for a long time, I found this explanation completely unsatisfactory. I felt that my complaint was not being taken seriously in a situation that I cannot reconcile with the quality I expect from Dior.
I expect appropriate compensation both for the leaking product and for the damage it caused to my bag and belongings.
