Munchkin Ships Duplicate Cups Instead of Two Different Ordered Models

I placed an order for a Munchkin 360 training cup through Munchkin Turkey. Even though I ordered two different cup models, when I received my package today, I saw that both cups sent were the same model.

Despite specifically requesting two different models, I was sent the same product twice. This is unacceptable both as an incorrect shipment and from a customer satisfaction standpoint. My order number is 6a8ddce8234EC.

I'm requesting that the incorrectly shipped items be replaced free of charge with the two different 360 training cup models I originally ordered.
