Order Not Delivered, Amazon Germany

I contacted the customer representative because my overseas product, the Samsung PCIe 4.0 NVMe™ M.2 SSD 980 PRO, Internal Solid State Drive, 1 TB, 80.15 x 22.15 x 2.38 (mm), which I ordered from amazon.com.tr in September, was not delivered on the specified date. They suggested that I cancel the order of the product and place the order again. I canceled the product and ordered it again for the second time on October 13. During this period, I contacted customer service many times, and the lady I last talked to said that the product would be shipped on October 22. When I contacted customer service again today, they said that there was no movement on the product and that they could cancel the order again or ask me to wait. In September, when I ordered the product, I saw that the price of the product was approximately the same on different sites. Unfortunately, I ordered it from amazon.com.tr without hesitation because I trusted Amazon's quality. However, regrettably, the grievance I experienced was not resolved by customer representatives and the institution. I request amazon.com.tr, where I shop regularly, to solve the problem in a way that benefits the company's name without misleading the customer.
