Dior Charged Customer Twice for One Ring and Has Not Issued a Refund

On July 22, 2026, I purchased a ring worth $404 from the Dior store in Bodrum Yalıkavak. However, the same amount was charged to my account twice on the same day. I noticed the issue that night and reported it to a customer representative, who told me that the matter would be forwarded to the accounting department.

After several days passed without any refund, I contacted them again and was asked for my IBAN details three days ago. Despite providing this information, as of today, eight days later, I still have not received any payment or any update regarding the status of the refund. My Christian Dior Istanbul POS records clearly show two separate transactions of $404 each, so I did not expect this level of indifference and delay from such a major and established brand. The dollar amount is based on a recent TRY/USD exchange rate and rounded to the nearest whole dollar.

I request that the duplicate $404 charge made to my card at the Bodrum Yalıkavak Dior store be refunded to my account immediately. I also request a written explanation of the process and would like to make clear that I reserve my right to initiate legal proceedings if necessary.
