Amazon Delivery and Support Issue Regarding My Order
I placed an order for a MacBook Pro M3 on March 26, 2025, via Amazon Turkey. However, my product has still not been delivered, and I have not received any clear updates regarding the process. I chose Amazon expecting a reliable shopping experience, but this situation has left me deeply disappointed. Days have passed with no progress, and I still don’t know where my package is. When I contacted customer service, instead of providing a solution, I was repeatedly urged to cancel my order and request a refund. This has only worsened my frustration and damaged my trust. I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible, and that my product be delivered at the earliest.
When I spoke with the friend in customer service, I was informed that the notifications I have created until today were in no way forwarded to the relevant warehouse. I will exercise all my legal rights that may arise both regarding the personnel and the fact that my product was not delivered to me without any information being provided.
The issue was resolved, the product was delivered to me. I thank all the friends in customer service who supported me.
