I had placed an order (403-3626807-4637962) on Amazon shopping site, but the product didn't meet my expectations, so I decided to return it. However, the return process for international sellers is confusing and unpleasant. I felt deceived and misled. I was informed that the return would be handled by DLH Express, a foreign seller. Following Amazon's guidance, I scheduled a pickup appointment for my package. After a few days, I learned that the service was not available in my area and I was instructed to send the return package to the DLH office in Istanbul at my own expense, with the assurance that Amazon would reimburse the shipping fee. I confirmed this information with Amazon customer service, and to my surprise, I had to pay 134.84 Turkish lira out of my pocket. When I requested a refund, they suggested converting the amount into an "Amazon Gift Card." No representative mentioned this possibility before. It feels like they are forcibly holding onto my money and coercing me into making a purchase. To make matters worse, when I wanted to use the gift card for another order, they said it could only be used for products sold by Amazon. I am being forced to pay for their flawed and inadequate return process. This situation is extremely disappointing, especially as a Prime customer who has spent hours expressing my complaints, but received no response, positive or negative.
